The calculator
The times you enter are processed in your browser to show your results and are not sent to us or stored. The story image is also created in your browser.
Email sign-ups
If you sign up for the 7-Day Sleep Reset, we collect your email address. It's stored and sent by our email provider, Kit (ConvertKit), and used to send the guide plus occasional sleep tips and recommendations. The legal basis is your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, and we'll delete your data on request.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Advertising and cookies
We may use Google AdSense or other ad networks to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
